Summary Reflection

Teaching as a profession is quite different from other jobs that people have. Every hour calculates on both students and teachers, because it is related to having many tasks to be done within such a very limited time .

Being a teacher as I have, I can now completely understand what makes a good teacher. A good teacher possesses many qualities that enables me to be effective in the classroom. Good teachers are able to understand their students' needs and find a variety of ways in meeting those needs. Through using a variety of delivery modes of lessons, teachers are meeting the needs of the various learning styles in the classroom.

The combination of Information and communication Technology (ICT) skills and knowledge are required to our students learning, they examine the e-learning strategies which results a meaningful learning. These young generations are very related to technology and the new devices produced regularly. ICT can improve the quality of teaching, learning and management in schools and so help raise standards.The use of ICT really encouraged for learning.

It was noticed that many students have high skill levels with regard to the application of new technologies. ICT is the medium of today and that of tomorrow. It is the medium of young people and plays a essential role in their lives. Its use supports the delivery of highly motivational 21st century . The effective use of ICT allows for the development of highly creative and inspirational learning and teaching resources and activity programs. Finally, ICT provides immediate access to up to date information.
