Student Centered Learning - Flipped Classroom as a Teacher

Student Centered Learning Flipped Classroom

• If you are a teacher what are the advantages and problems that you might encounter?
The major benefit of the student centered learning is the professional development of the teacher and to focus on the outcomes of learning. Teachers have to give more responsibilities to the students, next will make them independent with good thoughts and knowledge of learning, and involve students in team work which will increase their motivation to learning and progressing.
The most problems noticed were disorganizing of many students, students' low motivation, limited students' progress, lack of teacher control / organization and time & resource dependent.

• How will you resolve these problems?
The above mentioned problems can be resolved by:
1.      Well prepared plan for teaching and controlling the flipped classroom.
2.      Good managing for the class timing.
3.      Involve students in activities implemented in group work.
4.      Good feedback and assessment.
